We identify and work with exceptional young country musicians, giving them opportunities and financing to get their first single to radio. We pay for and retain the masters (that’s how we get paid) and the musician gets the featured artist royalties (that’s how the musician gets paid).

We also work with musicians further along in their career, supporting them with artistic and business direction.

Each artist will require different support, it will be a unique experience for every artist.
